The prices are including electricity and water. The final cleaning must be done by the guests. Pleace leave the studio / apartment as clean as it was at arrival (cleaning equipment avaible).
Special conditions for long-term vacation (2-3 months).
From Monastir Airport (1-hour-drive) we can organize a transfer for you for extra charge.
